Fingerprint Cookie Recipe

A criminally good spin on the original Thumbprint Cookie

1 cup almond flour

1 cup oat flour

1 cup chickpea flour

½ cup safflower oil

½ cup maple syrup

2 tsp. cinnamon

½ tsp. salt


Mix everything but the jam together in a large bowl.

Roll the dough between hands into 1” balls. 

Place on baking sheet, and press thumb into center of the ball.

Fill the indent with your favorite jam

Bake at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes
