The last month of 2023 will have a focus on consistency while prepping to kick off 2024. With all the holiday obligations and New Years celebrations, December is a month to maintain and stay consistent with training.
The beginning of the month, we will be testing our one rep maxes in the back squat, push jerk, and deadlift. On the max lift days, the strength portion will take precedent while
Also including a shorter burner leaving enough time to hit those PRs!
Throughout the remainder of December, we will see tried and true CrossFit WODs. This means some really fun couplets, triplets and chippers. There will also be holiday themed workouts, including a 12 Days of Christmas WOD on December 23rd, and New Years themed WODs to ring in 2024!
