February Programming

February is going to be an amazing programming month at Prowess. We will be kicking off our two new class offerings, Sweat and Flex. Sweat is an endurance and cardio-based program with simple movements for all fitness levels. Flex is a functional bodybuilding and aesthetic program focusing on building strength and power. This month, Flex will consist of strength and body building components with multiple upper and lower body days coupled with days focusing on arms, shoulders, chest and back.

Our CrossFit programming will kick off the month by wrapping up January’s strength cycle. There has been a focus on post WOD strength (back squat and deadlift) and we will be testing our one reps for both lifts. Our benchmarks this month will include The Chief and Diane. With the CrossFit Open upon us in February, we will see multiple skill sessions along with previous Open WODs.
