November Programming Focus

November will see a continuation of the general conditioning program. This means we will be practicing with multiple time domains a few times a week, which will build a strong capacity base. Gymnastic work will continue within the workouts and skill sessions along with an olympic lifting day once a week.

A second piece to the current strength cycle will run through the month. It will be the same wave loading as last month but will focus on the Back Squat, Push Jerk, and Deadlift.

Veteran’s Day will feature the Hero WOD, Chad. This workout is designed to be very challenging with 1000 step-ups, and is meant to bring awareness to suicide prevention, especially among Veterans.   During Thanksgiving week, there will be some next level workouts programmed so we can keep that fitness rolling while also celebrating Turkey Day.
